Property Policies: - Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

Smoking & Vaping Policies: - Tenang Saja is a non-smoking facility. Smoking or vaping are not allowed on the property. - Guests who wish to smoke may do so in the driveway and parking area. Kindly ask our staff for an ashtray and a chair.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Payment Method: Credit card details are required to guarantee a reservation.

Children Policy: Our resort is situated on a hillside terrain with elevated decks and stairs. The pools are not fenced. For safety reasons, you must ensure your children are closely supervised.

Parking Policy: Free parking for cars and motorbikes. Kindly let us know if you are driving and we will allocate a parking spot for you. If you have a driver who needs lodgings, we will try to accommodate that.
